A great addition to the growing dining scene of McGinley Square, walking distance to multiple other spots you may be familiar with already. If you make your way to this part of town, give this place a shot! It's a cozy New Orleans themed restaurant with a small but compelling menu and great service. We started off with with the crawfish cakes, oysters, seafood and traditional gumbo. Everything was flavorful and not too filling that we were able to also order some shrimp etouffee (substituted out the rice for some grits), and jambalaya. We were too stuffed to try the beignets, so I guess we will just have to come back! Recommend.

Managed to get a reservation for an early dinner on New Year's Eve. Atmosphere was festive the food is always on point. I ordered both the special appetizer and special dinner. The appetizer was a scallop over risotto, which was absolutely fantastic. The dinner special was salmon. I chose to have mine over grits. The salmon was perfectly cooked well seasoned and probably the best piece of fresh fish I've had in a long time. It would be a tough choice Between the salmon and the catfish but I think the salmon is the winner. Service was on point and timely despite the fact that the restaurant was packed. Hoping for new specials to try in 2025.

I am from New Orleans and at first i was hesitant bc we are picky about our food. I finally tried it, and am sad I didn't sooner! The food here is stellar and I am so happy to have them nearby. The seafood gumbo cured me of my cold, all poboys hit the spot, and the grit fries are a treat! They have a few tables for you to sit and dine in, which I typically do.

Chef Anthony is not only an awesome chef with an incredible talent and menu but he's a genuinely nice guy and you can taste it in his food! I experienced brunch at the restaurant this Sunday and I chose the outdoor dining experience and it was lovely. I met lovely people who enjoyed their food as well and one Lady even shared her beignets with me! So sweet right? Those grits fries are delicious!! An unexpected delight. I have never in all my years of dining ever heard of grits fries! This is definitely an original dish brought to us by Chef Anthony. The Gumbo was sublime. I actually picked up my bowl to hold it in my hands to ensure I ate every bit left in my bowl;-D!! The presentation was also duly noted. Love it all! Overall worthy of a return visit....like thumbs up and I subscribe!

**Amazing Mom and Pop Restaurant!** We had a wonderful time at this charming, family-owned spot. The owners were super friendly and went above and beyond to give us details of dishes from the menu. The cozy ambiance made for a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy. The drink selection was a nice surprise, offering a variety of mocktails and beers. Our group of eight ordered just about one of every appetizer and entrée to share, and *everything* was delicious! Each dish was bursting with flavor and had its own unique touch. If you're looking for a warm, welcoming place with incredible food, this is it. We'll definitely be back!
